No Return Required

For eligible damaged or incorrect items, you do not need to send the product back. Simply keep it, recycle it responsibly, or donate it to someone who can use it.

Once your claim is approved, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

How to Submit a Claim

To help us process your request quickly, please email us with:

  • Your full name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the product packaging (if applicable)

Eligible Cases

We offer a free replacement or refund if:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for:
